Cancellations
  • Notice Period: We require a 24-hour notice for the cancellation of any scheduled cleaning service. This policy helps us manage our resources efficiently and accommodate other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as detailed in the service agreement.

Adjustments for Service Discrepancies
  • Scope Adjustment for Discrepancies: If the actual cleaning requirements at the job site do not match the services initially quoted (for example, additional rooms or bathrooms not previously mentioned), we reserve the right to adjust the charges for the extra work needed. We will communicate any such adjustments and seek your approval before proceeding with the additional work. This ensures transparency and agreement on the scope and cost of our services.

Satisfaction Follow-Up

Your satisfaction is crucial to us. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 12 hours of service completion. We commit to reviewing your concerns and offering a resolution, which may include re-cleaning specific areas at no additional cost or providing a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

No Refunds After Completion
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds after the cleaning service has been completed and accepted. We encourage our clients to communicate any concerns during or immediately after the service so we can address them promptly.
